    Another great show! Question on the Security Illuminator product link to Amazon…. how do we use it, do we focus on a troubled area on the body (and how far away and how long) or would I benefit from it by installing on the ceiling/top of the wall in my shower for a daily all over dose? Or both, or none? I sincerely try to get in the sun daily but it is very hard and I need to supplement my vitamin D without a pill! Thank you everyone.

    Dr. Mercola said that you shouldn’t take things like 4 sigmatic everyday…Could you provide further detail on that comment? I like to take certain wellness products/supplements like 4 sigmatic on a daily basis, and have been told that this is optimal…please advise, thanks!
