  2. So How do you use the Ease Mg product? I’ve sprayed it on sore muscles and it’s helped but how else have people used it? Like where to spray for deeper sleep wrists? Didn’t see any info on how to use it when it came to me nor on the web link it’s just got offers and shopping info not usage suggestions or other details.

    Love all the content on this podcast. I would love to try this and friends have been telling me to be careful with Magnesium because it can be problematic for the heart. How can you tell how much of the spray you can use or should use? And could this be problematic?

  5. I can honestly say I’ve noticed a big difference in my sleep quality after starting to rub magnesium oil on my skin before bed. I feel that I get into deeper stages of sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. I definitely recommend it to everyone!
