    I have never received the flu shot, because I noticed a long time ago everyone who did get the shot became sick. Thank God, I have never acquired the flu!

    Shawn, what do you think is the best natural source of vitamin D? Can we get it simply with food without having to rely on supplements and pills? Thanks for the answer

    My daughter is getting ready to start the 7th grade and the school is requiring her to get the whooping cough vaccine in order for her to be able to enter the 7th grade. I started to do research on what is in them and omg! I don’t want to put that in her body! What are your thoughts?

    Hi. My wife is 3 weeks pregnant and they are talking about giving her a flu vaccine for the baby’s protection as it is “recommended”. Can you shed any light here? Do you have any supplement m/nutritional info and help/support for expectant mothers? I saw one podcast you had about natural child birth. But is there anything else? Thanks in advance.
