  3. Great show as per normal a grand insight into the book which made me order right after the podcast . Its a great read about 50 pages to go , but you know what i dont want it to end. I am also trying out the topical magnesium tonight for the 1st time its from a company called Goodnight Spray http://www.betteryou.uk.com/Magnesium-Oil-Goodnight-Spray.I will let everyone know how it goes.

  4. Hi Shawn, thanks for more relevant info. I haven’t had a chance to read the book yet, but wanted to know if you included any information on electric blankets and/or heated mattress pads. I know, buy the book, right? I have read about and experienced first hand how detrimental these items are to overall health and would love to know your thoughts.

    1. Hi Kathy, that’s definitely a great question. Hopefully you’ve had a chance to read the book by now. We do get into the dangers of EMFs in the bedroom but don’t dissect too much the use of electric blankets and such (it’s included in the potential problem!) We more so talk about a smarter way to create a sleep sanctuary free from these things 🙂
