Just mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, roll into balls, and pop them in the freezer for an out-of-this-world snack. So here's the recipe straight from my book The Key to Quantum Health. Make these TODAY, and enjoy!
Cashew Butter Planets:
2 cups of raw cashew butter
2 tbsp. of soaked flax seeds (soaked at least 1 hour. Overnight is good.)
2 tbsp. of hemp seed nuts
2 tbsp. of raw honey
1/2 tsp of sea salt.
1 ripe banana diced (optional)
Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix it all together. Next, grab enough of the mixture in your hand to make a golf ball-sized sphere. As you finish rolling each one, place them in a freezer-safe container lined with parchment paper. Give each planet its own little space. After you finish one layer, lay parchment paper on top and create another layer. Continue this process until all of the mixture is used. (Be sure to clean your fingers off the old-fashioned way when you’re done!) Put a tight-fitting top on the container and place it in the freezer to become something special!
