    im trying to figure out is there anything you can recommend as I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea and am in the process of getting a c-pap machine to help get my sleep on track. I know the first answer to resolving sleep apnea is usually to loose weight but I am a 6’2″ tall 185 lb triathlete and am very active and eat well. Is there anything you would recommend as my sleep doctor says I will need the c-pap for the rest of my life and I am not very happy with that though. thank you for any help you can provide
